Job Description:

Role Purpose

The Digital Marketing Systems Specialist is an experienced individual responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing technology and automation strategies to increase demand and drive sales.
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and data teams on projects, vendor selection, and solution implementation.
  • Providing recommendations, reports, and presentations to inform technology decisions.
  • Delivering improvements to digital marketing systems, managing platforms, workflows, and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Marketing Technology Manager in aligning IT and marketing, system upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in Dynamics - Customer Insights Journeys, Google Tag Manager, and Analytics.
  • Supporting the implementation of AI-powered marketing automation, customer journeys, and campaign management.
  • Documenting processes, troubleshooting, and supporting website and microsite development.
  • Monitoring data quality and compliance within Dynamics CRM.
  • Supporting platform integration, optimization, and ROI improvements.
  • Collaborating with teams and agencies to ensure effective digital marketing delivery.
  • Researching industry benchmarks and exploring new digital marketing channels and technologies.
  • Facilitating training and managing budgets and contracts with agencies.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements

  • Degree in marketing or related field with relevant hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics, Optimizely, AI, Google Analytics, SEMRush, SEO, and similar systems.
  • Experience with personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience in digital marketing strategy, budget management, and platform familiarity.
  • Practical knowledge of HTML, Javascript, CSS, and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Interest in emerging tech like AI and personalization.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Understanding of GDPR and marketing consent management.
