Job Description:
Role Purpose
The Digital Marketing Systems Specialist is an experienced individual responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing technology and automation strategies to increase demand and drive sales.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and data teams on projects, vendor selection, and solution implementation.
- Providing recommendations, reports, and presentations to inform technology decisions.
- Delivering improvements to digital marketing systems, managing platforms, workflows, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Marketing Technology Manager in aligning IT and marketing, system upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Serving as a subject matter expert in Dynamics - Customer Insights Journeys, Google Tag Manager, and Analytics.
- Supporting the implementation of AI-powered marketing automation, customer journeys, and campaign management.
- Documenting processes, troubleshooting, and supporting website and microsite development.
- Monitoring data quality and compliance within Dynamics CRM.
- Supporting platform integration, optimization, and ROI improvements.
- Collaborating with teams and agencies to ensure effective digital marketing delivery.
- Researching industry benchmarks and exploring new digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Facilitating training and managing budgets and contracts with agencies.
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in marketing or related field with relevant hands-on experience.
- Knowledge of Dynamics, Optimizely, AI, Google Analytics, SEMRush, SEO, and similar systems.
- Experience with personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in digital marketing strategy, budget management, and platform familiarity.
- Practical knowledge of HTML, Javascript, CSS, and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
- Ability to analyze results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Interest in emerging tech like AI and personalization.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Understanding of GDPR and marketing consent management.
