Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work in the Digital Marketing Solutions Team within our Commercial Operations Business Unit.

This role requires a thorough understanding of the digital space and omnichannel marketing, including marketing automation and customer journey and experience, profiling and competence with relevant systems.

Knowledge of reporting and actionable insights is essential to drive iterative optimisation of all touchpoints and processes to drive capabilities and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing good working relationships and understanding with all business units to work in partnership to achieve goals
  • Preparing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns for internal and external customers in partnership with campaign owners via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automation studio and journey builder, Veeva Engage
  • Development, maintenance and administration of key Animal Health websites, currently using WordPress VIP content management systems (CMS) in alignment with the Animal Health digital strategy
  • Building and distributing internal and external surveys
  • Reporting on all digital activities and using insights to drive performance and direction of AH digital transformation on a case by case and trend level
  • Drive best practice across all digital platforms by coaching of multidisciplinary teams

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Able to work effectively with multiple systems including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, GetFeedback, Veeva Promomats, Veeva REM, WordPress VIP
  • Ability to plan strategically and present and discuss options for digital marketing activities to provide best practice on a case-by-case basis
  • Some demonstrable experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including automation studio and journey builder, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C markets would be an advantage
  • Good understanding and experience of Customer Relationship Management principles and application and familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • The successful candidate will be committed to continuously developing their skillset to keep up to date and progress Animal Health digital transformation
