Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist 2 is responsible for the creation, optimization, execution, and analysis of the company's paid digital marketing efforts related to the company's owned website properties.
What you will be doing
- Develop and execute paid digital marketing strategies across platforms such as search, display, social media, and pay-per-click landing pages.
- Support other digital marketing team members in executing integrated digital advertising campaigns.
- Assist in developing buyer-centric website navigation to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content producers to determine the best content to promote across syndication channels, including paid, shared, and social channels.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize PPC campaign performance.
- Test landing pages, promotional content, and product placements to inform campaign optimization.
- Monitor campaign results and analyze key metrics using established measurement methodologies.
- Coordinate with Program Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to align paid digital efforts with broader campaigns.
- Report on global campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements to enhance digital presence and ROI.
- Manage paid digital budgets.
- Provide input on changes to digital marketing strategies to adapt to market changes, competitive threats, or strategic plans; stay informed on market trends and best practices.
- Comply with all privacy and data security policies, including Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy.
