Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans across multiple channels, including social, display, search, video, and programmatic.
  • Lead the development of social media strategy in collaboration with the agency; oversee execution to achieve yearly objectives.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, creative, and media buying teams/agencies to align campaign goals, target audience definitions, and messaging.
  • Contribute to original user research and conduct market and competitor analysis to inform digital strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Use digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DSP dashboards) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive e-store performance.
  • Support the creation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • Passion for social media, creativity, and experimenting with new formats.
  • Strong execution, cross-departmental coordination and communication skills
  • Business experience in local consumer-facing branding/marketing execution in the UK.
  • Experience in Industry-Digital 3c, mobile communication, technology/FMCG/finance/e-commerce industries.
  • Experience in complete planning and execution of product launches/media communications/user events and in leveraging resources to achieve project objectives
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
