Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Oxford (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE)

Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with strong digital skills to support multi-channel campaigns and help drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, and PPC
  • Manage content creation for blogs, email newsletters, and website updates
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM dashboards
  • Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Work with the wider team to ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all digital touchpoints
  • Conduct competitor research and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Candidate Profile:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing role (in-house or agency)
  • Proficient in key digital tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • A good understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within a marketing team
