Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products/services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and driving website traffic and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media presence
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Manage online content and update website with fresh and relevant content
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of web design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
