The Guinness Open Gate Brewery London (GOGBL) is a new Guinness neighbourhood in London designed to promote brewing, food, retail, and culture. Covering 52,000 square feet of heritage buildings and a central courtyard in Covent Garden, GOGBL aims to be a key growth driver for Guinness, enhancing brand relevance and saliency among a new generation of drinkers. Guinness is experiencing significant growth, increasing by around 50% since 2019, and reaching historic levels in value, volume, and market share.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a flawless online experience for consumers booking tours.
- Develop and oversee paid media strategies, including asset approval and agency management, and lead the annual Connections Planning process.
- Manage CRM strategies, email approvals, and GDPR compliance.
- Coordinate website updates, improve user experience, and optimize based on analytics.
- Drive continuous optimization across all channels.
- Ensure communications comply with Diageo Marketing and Digital Codes and responsible marketing standards.
- Develop effective reporting systems.
- Manage the Digital Marketing & Ticketing Executive.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on content needs for shoots.
- Work with the Culture & Partnerships Manager to update the website with event and partnership info, and enhance data capture opportunities.
Key Stakeholders
The role reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing, GOGBL, and manages the Digital Marketing & Ticketing Executive. Close collaboration is required with the wider Diageo teams, including Data & Technology, Legal, Media, and CRM.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in CRM, performance media, and UX, with a track record of managing multi-channel campaigns that are consumer-centric and deliver results.
- Experience in agency and budget management, especially for paid media.
- Hands-on experience with performance campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta.
- Experience with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
- Ability to curate content suited to various channels and maintain brand consistency.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of site, social media, media, and CRM analytics for optimization.
- Knowledge of creating seamless online consumer experiences and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of responsible marketing and GDPR regulations.
- Experience working with brands that have a distinct tone of voice.
- Experience with ticketing systems is preferred.
