Job Description:

Our client, a fast-growing sports brand, is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the UK office, offering a salary between £45,000 and £55,000 plus benefits, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to develop the digital function and demonstrate exceptional experience in performance marketing, including PPC, paid social, and affiliate marketing.

You should have hands-on experience with paid media campaigns and the ability to collaborate with performance marketing agencies to drive growth. Experience managing in-house creative teams to produce digital assets, copy, digital content, email marketing, and SEO is essential.

Proven experience in growing digital presence, managing agencies for performance, and omnichannel marketing is required. The candidate should be a proactive team player capable of working independently and driving the digital function forward. Experience in D2C retail is a plus.
