Job Description:

The role

This is a part-time role, working two days a week—one from home and one in the Brighton office. It is a 5-month fixed-term contract (initially), starting in September 2025, with a review at the end of January 2026.

Job duties:

  • Support the Head of Sales and Marketing to achieve operational objectives and deliver marketing plans, projects, and campaigns
  • Deliver high-quality B2C and B2B marketing activities, championing the customer
  • Create, plan, and develop a 12-month paid media strategy across multiple brands

Skills & experience required:

  • Experience in both B2C and B2B digital marketing
  • Marketing qualification such as CIM, DMI, a degree, or other recognized qualification
  • Strong PPC / Paid Media experience and skills
  • Comprehensive digital marketing skill set

Salary, Hours & Company benefits:

  • £36,000 pro-rata (£18.46 per hour / £14,399 per annum)
  • Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm, two days per week—one in the office and one from home
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata)
