Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee strategic D2C marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Optimise the SEO strategy and manage digital content (and website), ensuring accurate metadata and effective online presence.
  • Plan, execute, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive online traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor and optimise ad performance, adjusting strategies to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyse and track key metrics, including customer lifetime value (CLTV), churn, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Craft messages around health benefits and biodiversity of venison, targeting sustainability-conscious consumers.
  • Foster growth and development within the marketing team, laying the groundwork for future business expansion.
  • Support in hiring a Brand Manager and Social Media Specialist and work with them closely to create compelling campaigns.

Our clientis actively searching for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in D2C marketing. This role is crucial in enhancing their digital presence, emphasising sustainability, health, biodiversity, and ethics. You will be instrumental in building the foundations for their marketing strategy and driving awareness and conversion among health-conscious consumers.

This business has been born out of necessity to improve people's health.

The candidate's key objective is to develop a new affluent urban early adopter market for wild venison based on the unparalleled nutritional density of this wild protein.


What you'll do...
