Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager for a leading dancewear provider, based in London. Reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce, you will develop and execute strategies across UK, US, and EU markets.

Your responsibilities include managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns, collaborating with an SEO agency to increase organic traffic, and working with the Ecommerce team to optimize website performance and revenue through CRO initiatives. Budget management and a test-and-learn approach to performance improvement are essential.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Ecommerce retail, hands-on management of PPC and Paid Social channels, proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel, and the ability to analyze complex data and propose solutions. Shopify experience is a plus. The role requires maintaining a positive attitude under pressure and a strategic mindset.
