As Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and optimising the digital presence. This is your opportunity to make a real impact within a rapidly growing, award-winning cybersecurity software business.

Job role:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to craft and execute a forward-thinking digital strategy focused on driving qualified leads
- Enhance user journeys aligned to the company’s go-to-market plan
- Analyse user behaviour and funnel performance to optimise the digital experience
- Oversee the evolution of the website, ensuring it's optimised for both user experience and SEO
- Manage data architecture and ongoing site improvements
- Lead, support, and grow the digital marketing team
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product functions to align campaigns and initiatives
What/Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B tech marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity sector
- Strong grasp of best practices and turning strategy into action
- Confident managing digital platforms and marketing automation tools
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams
- Skilled in working alongside content teams and optimising campaigns within HubSpot
- Hands-on experience with PPC and SEO in an in-house setting desirable
- Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Hotjar, and Zoominfo
