Digital Marketing Manager – Charity Sector | Hybrid / Cambridge | Up to £45,000 + Excellent Benefits

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for driving impactful campaigns? CV Screen is recruiting for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading international charity based in Cambridge. With a salary of up to £45,000 and a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office), this is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led organisation transforming lives globally through healthcare, education, and emergency relief programmes.

You’ll be joining a supportive, inclusive team focused on innovation, collaboration, and positive change.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of integrated direct and digital marketing campaigns to engage supporters, churches, and mid-value donors.

  • Manage acquisition activities across digital and traditional channels, including social media, print, email, and telemarketing.

  • Oversee legacy and in-memoriam giving campaigns.

  • Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and digital partners.

  • Line manage and inspire two Marketing Officers, supporting their growth and development.

What Experience is Required

  • Proven track record in a senior marketing or digital fundraising role, ideally within the charity sector.

  • Strong experience in delivering successful multichannel campaigns and managing digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

  • Experience leading a team and working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with the option to buy more

Location
Based in Cambridge (CB5), easily commutable from:
Newmarket, Ely, Royston, Saffron Walden, St Neots, Huntingdon, Bury St Edmunds, Bedford, and surrounding areas.
