My client is an industry-leading footwear brand based in Hammersmith. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates to help grow their loyal customer base. You will report directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The role offers a hybrid working model of 2-3 days in their Hammersmith office per week, with a competitive salary of up to £40,000+ benefits.

Your responsibilities include optimizing and testing new performance marketing and display initiatives, expanding content, promotional, and influencer partnerships across UK, US, CA, and EU markets. You will develop and manage the global affiliate program, overseeing its strategic development, growth, and budget management. You will manage recruitment, performance, and partnerships, focusing on brand elevation and audience expansion.

Ideal candidates will have an excellent understanding of how Affiliate Marketing integrates within the broader online marketing landscape, with a proven track record in relationship building with partners, agencies, and teams.
