What You’ll Be Doing
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the digital strategy across D2C websites, marketplaces, and marketing channels — helping shape and scale a portfolio of exciting consumer brands.
You’ll:
Own and implement a full-funnel digital marketing strategy across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other platforms
Drive performance across paid social, email (Klaviyo), SEO, and digital campaigns to boost acquisition, conversion, and retention
Report on key KPIs including ROAS, AOV, LTV, and optimise the full customer journey
Oversee content and creative output across digital platforms and global campaigns
Lead, mentor, and inspire the in-house marketing and social media team
Collaborate with operations, sales, and logistics to align digital with customer experience and fulfilment
Manage agency relationships and digital partnerships
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from Digital Marketing Managers with:
3–5+ years in a senior digital or eCommerce marketing role within D2C, FMCG, pet care, or consumer goods
Proven success in growing and managing digital sales channels
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and eCommerce analytics tools
Confidence managing budgets, reporting on performance, and making data-led decisions
Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, strategic mindset
A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
