Job Description:

My client is a rising cosmetics brand looking for a Digital Marketing Manager EMEA with CRM experience to join their business on a hybrid working model of 2 days a week.

You will be working closely with the global brand team to plan, brief, and execute engaging D2C campaigns that meet the company's commercial goals. You will manage content across the website to ensure it is current, relevant, and optimized for conversion and sales. Your responsibilities include producing high-quality copy in collaboration with a copywriter, aligned with brand guidelines to engage customers and boost purchases.

Candidates should have experience in planning marketing campaigns from start to finish and in setting up products and content within an ecommerce platform—knowledge of Shopify Plus is a plus but not essential. Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools and a solid understanding of current digital marketing strategies and best practices are required.
