Job Description:

My client is a rising cosmetics brand looking for a Digital Marketing Manager EMEA with CRM experience to join their business on a hybrid working model of 2 days a week.

You will be working closely with the global brand team to plan, brief, and execute engaging D2C campaigns that meet the company's commercial goals. You will manage the website content to ensure it is current, relevant, and optimized for conversions and sales. Additionally, you will produce high-quality copy in collaboration with a copywriter, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines to engage customers and boost purchases.

Candidates should have experience in planning marketing campaigns from briefing to execution, familiarity with product and content setup within e-commerce platforms (knowledge of Shopify Plus is a plus but not essential), and expertise in email marketing tools such as Klaviyo. A solid understanding of current digital marketing concepts and best practices is required.
