The role
You will play a pivotal role in creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing initiatives, as well as measuring and analysing their effectiveness. The primary objective is to generate awareness and engagement via social media and native advertising.
Key responsibilities include developing & executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals, identifying target audiences, channels, and messaging. You will create compelling marketing content, including advertisements, social media posts, blog articles, videos, and other creatives. Additionally, you will oversee the development and maintenance of landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for user experience and search engines.
Paid advertising will be a key part of your role, including executing online advertising campaigns such as PPC, native advertising, and social media ads, as well as implementing SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.
You will monitor & report on marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will align marketing efforts with business objectives. You will also grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
What we’re looking for
You should be an experienced digital marketer seeking a new opportunity with room to grow & thrive within a team of creative and innovative thinkers. A solid understanding of digital channels such as social media, paid media, SEO, and Google Analytics is essential. Experience in property, lifestyle, or related sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
The company values individuals with a vested interest in working for a dynamic, diverse organization that does not follow the norm. Your experience can range from 4 years upwards, especially if you have delivered successful digital campaigns.

What’s on offer
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year plus company performance bonuses, healthcare, & pension. DOE. The company promotes from within and offers significant freedom in the role.
This is an office-based role in Worcester, with potential travel to other locations. Hybrid working may be available for the right candidate.
