We're on the hunt for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on performance-driven campaigns for a growing Private Care business. Based in Didcott/ Wantage with flexible hybrid working, this role is all about driving results through innovative digital strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase lead generation.
2. Manage SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns to optimize performance.
3. Utilize ECRM and retargeting techniques to engage potential clients.
4. Oversee email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
5. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
2. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
3. Experience with ECRM and email marketing platforms.
4. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
5. Strong communication and project management skills.
