To support Head of Marketing with marketing of two business units under the AdvT Group
Role Responsibilities
- Work with Head of Marketing to develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that will deliver measurable results.
- Deliver targeted, integrated campaigns across digital channels, including SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing and content marketing.
- Execute the digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on websites, analytics and multi-channel performance.
- Use creative marketing flair to develop engaging digital content including social media assets, videos and online materials.
- Support marketing-led events, product launches, cross-sell campaigns and partnership activations.
- Develop and execute SEO-optimised blog posts, email newsletters and CRM-led initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral across touchpoints to support sales and brand positioning.
- Build and segment email and outreach lists to support automation and email marketing
- Champion and ensure CRM data accuracy to support execution and automation.
- Continuously analyse and optimise digital channels and refine approach based on campaign performance metrics, A/B testing and data insights (GA4, LookerStudio etc).
- Undertake competitor research and stay current with digital trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.
Personal Profile
- Minimum 3 years’ digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven success in planning and delivering impactful digital campaigns. Strong portfolio, preferably in Tech or Healthtech.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media advertising (paid, owned and earned)
- CRM and marketing automation experience (preferably Sugar CRM/ Sugar Market)
- Experience coordinating marketing launches and cross-functional initiatives to generate qualified marketing pipeline and growth
- Results-driven with a proactive, adaptable approach in fast-paced settings.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure.

Degree educated or relevant professional experience
