To support Head of Marketing with marketing of two business units under the AdvT Group

Role Responsibilities

  • Work with Head of Marketing to develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that will deliver measurable results.
  • Deliver targeted, integrated campaigns across digital channels, including SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing and content marketing.
  • Execute the digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on websites, analytics and multi-channel performance.
  • Use creative marketing flair to develop engaging digital content including social media assets, videos and online materials.
  • Support marketing-led events, product launches, cross-sell campaigns and partnership activations.
  • Develop and execute SEO-optimised blog posts, email newsletters and CRM-led initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral across touchpoints to support sales and brand positioning.
  • Build and segment email and outreach lists to support automation and email marketing
  • Champion and ensure CRM data accuracy to support execution and automation.
  • Continuously analyse and optimise digital channels and refine approach based on campaign performance metrics, A/B testing and data insights (GA4, LookerStudio etc).
  • Undertake competitor research and stay current with digital trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.

Personal Profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Proven success in planning and delivering impactful digital campaigns. Strong portfolio, preferably in Tech or Healthtech.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media advertising (paid, owned and earned)
  • CRM and marketing automation experience (preferably Sugar CRM/ Sugar Market)
  • Experience coordinating marketing launches and cross-functional initiatives to generate qualified marketing pipeline and growth
  • Results-driven with a proactive, adaptable approach in fast-paced settings.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure.
