Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 + excellent benefits
- 5 days on-site at the office in Doncaster with some UK travel to exhibitions and customer visits.

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be driving the implementation of marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- In this brand new role for the company, you will work closely with the Marketing team of 3 in developing effective campaigns both online and offline.
- Support the external sales team in building customer relationships to grow market share
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand product offerings and target audience.
- Support new product sourcing, set up and launch.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle of assigned categories, from identifying new opportunities to optimising existing products.
- Develop promotions to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- The ideal candidate will previous experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in marketing building products is preferable.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and written communication skills.
- Experience developing content including blogs, articles, case studies and content for social media.
- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for interpreting market data and metrics.
