The successful candidate will lead strategic marketing campaigns, display expertise in digital channels, and manage CRM initiatives. This full-time role offers a salary between £45k and £53k depending on experience.

Strategic campaign planning – develop and execute disruptive campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement across all digital channels
Paid advertising & promotions – plan, execute and optimise paid activity across social media, search and display channels
CRM Marketing – create and manage segmented email campaigns tailored to local activity and guest loyalty
Online Reputation & Community Engagement – proactive approach to maintaining a strong online presence and reputation
Website & SEO Management – oversee website content updates, ensure responsiveness across devices and SEO optimisation
Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting – track key metrics across all digital channels, including traffic, conversions & engagement and report alongside learnings regularly to the team
Partnership & Community Outreach – oversee PR activations and propose cross-promotional opportunities
Innovation & Trend Awareness – stay updated on emerging digital trends, platforms and tools to keep fresh and competitive
Salary: £45 - £53k depending on experience
Contract: Full time, permanent role with flexible working hours
Holidays: 28 days per year including bank holidays
Location: 3 days a week in the office (The Wayfarer, Stone)
