We are March, the UK's leading provider of critical engineering services. Our expertise as a multi-disciplinary engineering partner across infrastructure, process, and digital services has led to long-term partnerships with leading organizations in everything from food and drink and utilities to high-security industries such as defence, aerospace, and nuclear.

Your primary responsibilities will be to create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence, engage potential customers, and drive business growth.

The role will collaborate closely with various teams, internally and externally, and act as a point of contact for our trusted specialist Web, PPC, and SEO partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including paid and email campaigns, aligned with brand guidelines to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  2. Manage SEO strategy with the company's web agency.
  3. Manage and update the company website (organic and content).
  4. Act as the in-house contact for our trusted specialist web development, PPC, and SEO partners, collaborating to optimize our website and improve search engine rankings.
  5. Own and implement the company's social media plan, including content creation, audience and influencer engagement, and coordinating paid campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with CRM administrators on lead management, analyzing lead information and metrics for reporting and nurturing campaigns.
  7. Report on key metrics and success indicators; provide insights and recommendations for data-driven decisions.
  8. Support the March Customer Satisfaction and Feedback process throughout the year.
  9. Encourage and respond to customer reviews and comments to maintain a positive online reputation.
  10. Contribute insights and expertise to the development of the digital marketing component of the annual marketing plan and budget, including competitive analysis and market evaluation.
  11. Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and opportunities.
  12. Promote a positive culture reflecting our values: the work we do matters, pride in craftsmanship, and teamwork.

Skills and Experiences

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, especially in campaign management across digital channels (SEO, Paid, Email, Social, CMS, preferably WordPress).
  2. Data analysis and reporting skills.
  3. Proficiency in CRM platforms and closed-loop lead management.
  4. Understanding of marketing best practices and strategies.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Specific Qualifications

  1. A marketing degree or professional qualification, preferably with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
  2. Additional relevant qualifications in digital and social media marketing are a plus.
