Church Mission Society is seeking an experienced digital marketing manager to advance our digital acquisition, optimise conversion journeys and grow our mass fundraising. You will lead a small, nimble team of talented, creative colleagues dedicated to CMS's mission.
This permanent, full-time role is 35 hours with hybrid working: two days a week at CMS House, Oxford. The starting salary is £42,840 per annum with up to 10% employer pension contribution and a generous leave and wellbeing package.

We are looking for a proactive and talented person who has a strong skillset in digital marketing along with experience in a fundraising environment. You will effectively lead and manage a team to retain and grow mass market fundraising. You will have experience of developing digital platforms and tools, delivering to an income budget and strong experience of leading, managing and developing people.
It is a requirement for this post holder to be a committed and practising Christian as well as committed to CMS's values and aims.
