Tile Warehouse is part of the Topps Tiles Group based in Leicestershire, a newly formed Pureplay business which is going through an exciting growth period. We are now looking for a Digital Manager to help us.

This role is perfect for someone looking to join a growing business and accelerate their career in the digital ecommerce space. You will help define the business as well as your own role within Tile Warehouse. There are great opportunities to grow within the Topps Tile Group and within Tile Warehouse itself.

In this role, you will work with several Tile Warehouse colleagues from Sales, Buying, Finance, and Operations.

A broad skill set is required, including strategic planning, marketing, budgeting, team management, and reporting. It’s crucial to have a good understanding of digital marketing channels and the ability to collaborate with different teams and agencies. Regular monitoring and reporting are key to ensure the strategy remains on track and achieves desired results.

You will be responsible for key areas including managing digital marketing activities and the website development roadmap, both supported by excellent agencies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategy Management: Managing and helping deliver the Tile Warehouse strategy.
  • Website Ownership: Owning all aspects of the website, from development to Search & Merchandising.
  • Marketing Ownership: Taking ownership of marketing channels and the website.
  • Channel Management: Email, Social Media, and Sales.
  • Monitoring: Tracking sales and KPIs daily.
  • Reporting: Regularly reporting on KPIs and conducting competitor research.
  • Promotion Planning: Planning and executing promotions.
  • Team Management: Leading colleagues within the digital team.

Essential Skills: We are looking for skills in the following areas, though not all are essential:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital ecommerce (lead generation experience is a plus).
  • Can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • A passion for all things digital.
  • Experience managing individuals and external agencies.
  • Data analysis skills and knowledge.
  • Proven track record in driving traffic and increasing online sales.
  • Strong commercial awareness and technical mindset.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of website development, design, usability, SEO, and reporting.
