Job Overview

As a key member of the Marketing team, the role holder’s key duties will be to support the Head of Marketing in communicating the brand values and story through effective brand marketing materials, campaigns, and activities. This role covers 5 Key UK Brands all part of the Sofa Brands International Group including G Plan, Parker Knoll, Duresta & The Lounge Co. The role will assist with the Website Management of all Sofa Brands Content Management Systems.

Main Duties:

  • Management of the 4 X Sofa Brands Content Management Systems, mainly using WordPress.
  • Ensuring all Websites are accurate, up to date and on brand.
  • Raise All CMS Support Tickets.
  • Join Weekly CMS calls, have a strong input in project development and managing retainer hours.
  • Create Landing Pages.
  • Manage Web Banners.
  • Uploading all new models and fabrics to the websites.
  • Uploading all Imagery & Line Drawings.
  • Assisting with setting promotions live.
  • Manage our Customiser platform, ensuring all new models and fabrics are created and uploaded.
  • SEO Content Management.
  • Maintain the Retailer Portals ensuring these are kept up to date and manage access for all retailers.
  • Manage all retailer links on the SBI websites.
  • Maintain the Retailer Websites ensuring these are accurate and up to date.
  • Create and uploading Blog content for all 6 Brands.
  • Updating and uploading all E-Brochures.
  • Proofing all Digital Content from the Digital Coordinator.
  • Monitor and report on Digital Marketing performance.
  • Uphold the brand tone of voice and brand guidelines in all communications.
  • Assist with other Marketing/Retail/wider business support tasks as required.

Experience and Skills

  • Hybrid Working: 4 x days per week in the Melksham Marketing office - 1 x day WFH (Friday).
  • Previous experience within a marketing role.
  • Previous experience managing a CMS Platform.
  • Proficient in WordPress.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics.
  • Experience with SEO Content.
  • Proficient with Google Ads is desirable.
  • Experience with Blog writing and proofing is desirable.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Good attention to detail as there is a lot of data input.
  • Proficient in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
