The Role

The digital marketing manager plays a key role in the conceptualisation and development of our strategic digital marketing activities aiming to generate demand from key audiences; from increasing brand awareness, to driving engagement with our products, to boosting sales, these activities drive conversions in line with the core business objectives and support business growth.

They manage a team responsible for the implementation of the digital marketing strategies in collaboration with other teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop digital marketing strategies – using social media, paid advertising, website content and email marketing where relevant – andset goals to increase brand awareness and engagement, lead generationand content acquisition

Implement, manage and optimise campaigns including organic and paid content

Create content: copy, assets, landing pages; A/B test content to ensure optimal results and improve processes

Define tactics to reach new audiences and re-engage existing ones

Define and monitor key metrics to assess the performance and impact of the campaigns and maximise the return on investment

Oversee and track the annual budget and ensure it is fully maximised

Manage a team of digital marketing specialists, monitor their performance and professional development, set objectives and conduct annual appraisals

Requirements

Business Expertise

Marketing and digital marketing strategy experience

Expertise in paid media budget management

Critical thinking and problem solving

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time, ability to work under pressure andwith tight deadlines

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills,

Technical Skills

Expert knowledge of digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, X ads)

Proficient with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Tweetdeck)

Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Semrush)

Advanced analytical skills: able to identify and understand trends in data
