About Our Client

An exciting Beauty business looking to expand across the UK and Europe.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute Performance Marketing campaigns across - Paid Social, PPC, Email and Affiliates
  • Optimise digital campaigns to drive traffic, conversion and ROI
  • End-to-end campaign execution and analytics
  • Responsible for the marketing budget and ensuring alignment with targets
  • Ensuring a first class customer journey across all digital touchpoints
  • Lead weekly sales reporting & performance analysis
  • Work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to align marketing efforts
  • Lead on customer Acquisition and Retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty
  • Execute Email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo)
  • Analyse customer behaviour to improve segmentation and engagement
  • Manage external relationships with agencies, web developers and partners

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing
  • Previous Beauty or Fashion experience is essential
  • Extensive experience across - Paid Social, PPC, Email Marketing, Affiliates and A/B testing
  • Technical skills - Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, GA and Shopify
  • Strong CRM experience - Klaviyo would be great but not essential
  • Strong analytical and data skills
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment

What's on Offer
