Main Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Procurement Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead and manage the company’s e-commerce operations, driving online sales, optimizing customer experience, and expanding digital presence. The role involves shaping online strategy, integrating platforms within the group, and expanding product lines to meet market demands.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute web marketing strategies to increase online sales and establish industry leadership in digital space.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and support a team, fostering professional growth.
- Technical Oversight: Manage back-end development and maintenance of the e-commerce platform.
- SEO and Digital Marketing: Lead SEO efforts and marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and traffic.
- Customer Experience Management: Resolve order and customer queries to ensure high-quality service.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance data and develop strategies to optimize sales and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with group sites for system integration, logistics, and market expansion.
- Product Line Expansion: Collaborate with product management to expand and optimize offerings.
- Project Management: Lead strategic projects and data migration initiatives.
- Strategic Integration: Ensure digital strategies align with overall corporate goals within the group.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven e-commerce management experience, especially in B2B online sales and digital marketing.
- Leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and databases.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in systems integration and supply chain optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Experience in developing websites, promoting web sales, and SEO tactics.
