As we scale our digital presence both in the UK and internationally, we’re seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing, drive brand visibility, and support our growth goals across DTC and online channels.

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager at Really Wild Clothing brand plays a vital role in shaping the brand’s online presence, engaging with customers, driving brand awareness and sales through strategic use of digital content and social media. This position involves planning, creating, and managing content across various digital channels to effectively communicate the brand's message, showcase its products, build a strong community around the brand and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and social & digital content strategy that aligns with the brand’s overall marketing objectives, values, and target audience.
  2. Identify key content themes, topics, and formats that resonate with the audience and support brand goals, such as brand storytelling, product promotion, and community engagement.
  3. Set goals and KPIs for content performance, such as engagement rates, reach, follower growth, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  4. Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written copy, that effectively communicates the brand’s message and showcases its products.
  5. Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
  6. Develop original content ideas, such as behind-the-scenes footage, influencer collaborations, style tips, and trend reports, to keep the audience engaged and interested.
  7. Maintain and update the brand’s website with fresh and engaging content, including homepage updates, product pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
  8. Ensure that product descriptions, images, and videos are accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
  9. Enhance website user experience (UX) and improve content discoverability.
  10. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, sales events, and brand initiatives.
  11. Coordinate with the marketing, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns are aligned across all channels and that messaging is consistent.
  12. Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise strategies based on data and feedback.
  13. Manage the brand’s presence on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all channels.
  14. Create and schedule social media posts that showcase products, promote brand campaigns, highlight user-generated content, and share relevant industry news.
  15. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a sense of community and building relationships with the audience.
  16. Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand’s image and values.
  17. Manage relationships with influencers, overseeing content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  18. Explore partnership opportunities with other brands, organisations or media outlets to expand reach and increase brand visibility.
  19. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote products, and drive online sales.
  20. Track and analyse the performance of social media and digital content using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and third-party platforms.
  21. Prepare regular reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions, providing insights and recommendations to optimise content strategy.
  22. Implement SEO best practices to increase the visibility of digital content and drive organic traffic to the brand’s website and social media channels.
  23. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media updates, and emerging digital platforms to keep the brand’s content fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  24. Ensure that all social and digital content is consistent with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity, maintaining a cohesive and recognisable brand image.
  25. Monitor social media channels for any negative feedback or potential crises, responding promptly and professionally to protect the brand’s reputation.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in the fashion industry.
  3. Strong demonstrable understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  5. Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  6. Creative and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
