A leading professional services organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead digital growth initiatives. This hands-on role involves overseeing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing digital performance, and collaborating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have strong PPC, SEO, and content marketing experience, contributing to significant brand visibility and growth.
Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh (3 days in office, 2 days wfh)
Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge on multi-channel campaigns and digital growth initiatives. Sitting within a collaborative Marketing team, you’ll take ownership of digital performance, from SEO, to PPC, to social and website, working closely with internal stakeholders.
The Role:
This is a broad and hands-on digital marketing role where you’ll have real ownership over digital strategy and performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders and agency partners, you’ll drive campaigns that support brand growth, lead generation, and online visibility across multiple service areas. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a strategic digital marketer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making an impact in a well-established but forward-thinking organisation.

You’ll be a digitally focussed marketer who thrives on data-led decision making and has a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns. While experience in professional services is welcome, it’s not essential - we’re open to backgrounds from a range of sectors if you bring the right skills and mindset.
