Here at Williams, the country's largest independent supplier of trade-only plumbing and heating supplies, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our talented and friendly team in Fareham!
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of online marketing activities focused on strategies that drive brand awareness online, engagement with new and existing audiences, and maximizing our online systems.
While this is a digital-focused role, there will also be opportunities to work on other exciting projects contributing to overall brand growth!

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with in-house teams and agencies to develop social media content and digital campaigns.
- Execute and optimize campaigns across channels including SEO, PPC, and email.
- Conduct targeted initiatives with consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Own Williams online presence, from website to SERP, and continually improve architecture.
- Analyze performance data and provide recommendations and reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Lead website strategy with a focus on improving user experience.
- Implement SEO best practices for technical and content optimization.
- Create results-driven web content optimized for SEO.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven digital marketing professional with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in GA4, SEMrush, Meta, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
- Creative thinker keeping ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Successful in managing measurable digital campaigns.
- Knowledgeable about managing a company's Google estate.
- Agile and results-oriented digital marketer.
- Passionate about social media and brand building online.
- Proficiency in HubSpot (a bonus but not essential).
- Strong skills in website management and SEO.
