Job description

Digital Marketing Manager (6-Month FTC)

This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in creating a digital marketing infrastructure that will scale with our ambitions. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and working alongside senior partners, you will plan and execute a strategy that positions Streets as a modern, digitally-savvy firm.

Your remit? Develop a future-proof martech architecture and a robust digital marketing strategy spanning web, SEO, PPC, email, social channels, and more — all aimed at delivering measurable business growth.

If you’re a hands-on strategist who thrives on delivering real business impact and enjoys full autonomy over your work, this is your moment to craft the blueprint for Streets’ digital marketing future.

What You’ll do?

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and relevant groups to lead the creation, development, and management of a digital strategy to build awareness and recommendation that supports our ambitious growth strategy
  • Create and gain buy-in for a digital plan – including infrastructure, martech and process – that ensures integration with off-line elements and supports individual office activity
  • In particular, spell out how we connect a distinctive Streets online profile, manage sub brands and agencies, and build a presence through the web, mobile and social media channels. This should include SEO presence and profile, our technology ambition, how we represent our digital presence across geographies and translate to BD.
  • Control, roll out and continuously evolve our digital plan
  • Lead the creation and optimisation of digital channels including website, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Work together with our IT function and act as an advocate for making Streets more digital
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that drive and capture opportunities
  • Measure and report on the results, making recommendations on how to improve

What You’ll Bring

  • 7–10 years’ experience in strategic digital marketing, ideally B2B or professional services.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering successful digital strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with CMS, CRM, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead and inspire.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Why Join Us?

This Is a Rare Opportunity To Shape The Future Of a Progressive And Supportive Organisation At a Pivotal Stage Of Its Growth. You’ll Enjoy

  • Opportunity to build a best-in-class digital marketing function.
  • The chance to drive real change — your work will impact our national profile and business development.
  • Flexible, hybrid working with a collaborative, inclusive culture.
