Are you a digital strategist who knows how to turn insights into scroll-stopping content and high impact campaigns? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to shape and lead digital strategy alongside our PR team – blending traditional storytelling with modern platforms to boost our clients’ visibility and impact.
In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of strategy, aligning marketing and PR across channels to drive engagement and measurable results – from earned media and SEO-optimised content to outreach campaigns that make people take notice. Key responsibilities
- Digital Marketing and Outreach: Plan, launch and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, socials, email and content marketing) that drive visibility, clicks and conversions
- Build and nurture online communities, develop influencer/partner collaborations and manage outreach to journalists, bloggers and industry voices
- Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices, Google algorithm changes and AI advances
- Content Strategy and Execution: Research industry trends and insights to help build a content plan and calendar
- Lead blog and content strategy that fuels PR, digital outreach, SEO and social media engagement
- Collaborate with PR team to plan and deliver integrated campaign content
- Ensure all content aligns with social media strategies and supports campaign goals across platforms (specifically LinkedIn and Meta)
- Client Account Management: Manage client accounts, leading on digital projects
- Contribute to client meetings and presentations with digital-first thinking
- Support PR team with digital strategy insights, reporting and recommendations
- Identify new tools, platforms and opportunities for clients to grow their online presence
- Team support: Mentor and guide the team on digital updates, learnings, best practice
- Champion a culture of creativity and performance across the agency.
Essential skills and experience
- 4+ years’ experience in digital PR, content marketing or SEO-focused roles
- Proven success in content-led digital outreach and link-building
- Exceptional writing skills across formats and platforms
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimisation and content performance
- Confidence in presenting and reporting results to clients and internal teams
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Familiarity with influencer outreach tools and databases
