Juice Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a leading PR and marketing agency based in Bristol. Known for their innovative and data-driven approach, they are on the lookout for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will take charge of planning and executing digital strategies across a diverse range of clients. You’ll use your expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and data analytics to elevate client brands and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivering results across multiple digital channels.

SEO & Performance Marketing: Optimise campaigns to increase organic traffic and conversions, with a focus on performance marketing, including SEO, PPC, and paid social media.

Content Creation & Social Media: Develop engaging digital assets and oversee social media strategies, ensuring creative content aligns with the client’s brand identity and resonates with target audiences.

Brand Building: Work closely with clients to build and develop their brand presence online, managing everything from website content to social media campaigns.

Influencer & Partnership Programs: Manage influencer campaigns, build relationships with content creators, and develop strategies to expand brand visibility through collaboration.

Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse data from campaigns, social media, and other digital touchpoints to provide actionable insights that help improve performance and drive ROI.

Budget Management & Reporting: Manage digital marketing budgets, track KPIs, and create reports that demonstrate campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management: Be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional results on time.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a digital marketing role within an agency setting, ideally in PR or marketing.

Expertise in social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.

Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Analytical with a passion for data and using insights to shape and refine campaigns.

Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
