We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creatively minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead our acquisition efforts and grow Lucy & Yak’s digital presence across all channels.Working closely with the Head of E-commerce, as well as our CRO, CRM, Brand, and Creative teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-performing campaigns that blend brand storytelling with strong commercial performance. You’ll bring a sharp focus on acquisition and traffic generation while ensuring we stay true to our tone of voice and values at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and implement a full-funnel digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and customer acquisition across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels.
- Deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and in line with brand and trading objectives, ensuring spend is optimised for ROAS and CPA.
- Lead acquisition strategy across all channels and ensure alignment with wider lifecycle marketing, retention, and conversion plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce team to ensure all campaigns support product, category, and collection priorities.
- Work with CRM and CRO teams to ensure messaging and targeting are consistent across the customer journey.
- Lead on SEO strategy and support content planning to enhance organic visibility and engagement.
- Manage the digital marketing calendar, aligning activities with broader marketing, trade, and product priorities.
- Analyse performance across KPIs including traffic, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure all campaigns reflect Lucy & Yak’s tone of voice, community-first values, and visual identity.
- Mentor and develop the Digital Marketing Executive, supporting growth and skill development within the team.
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and algorithm changes, bringing innovative ideas to the strategy.
KPIs will include Traffic, Conversion Rate, Cost Per Acquisition, and Return on Ad Spend.
What You’ll Bring- Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in acquisition and performance, within a DTC or e-commerce brand.
- Deep understanding of key digital channels, from paid social and search to SEO and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and reporting results.
- A collaborative, hands-on approach and ability to work cross-functionally with creative and technical teams.
