Job Summary

Kiwa UK is looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional with broad experience across content, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media. The role offers the chance to develop, implement and manage a comprehensive digital strategy designed to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic and generate qualified leads. This is a home-based remote role with occasional travel.

About the role

  • Own and manage the day-to-day running of Kiwa UK's website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and accurate, whilst also monitoring performance.
  • Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical audits, and backlink building.
  • Create and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals, producing high-quality, SEO-optimised content across platforms.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, social media, and PCC (Google Ads), with a focus on audience growth and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in a broad digital marketing role.
  • Comfortable working within team setting.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of SEO best practices and a track record of improving search rankings.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
  • Extensive experience managing websites using a CMS.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable with analysing metrics and making informed decisions.

What can you expect from us in return?

  • £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
  • Generous Annual Leave - Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service
  • 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, home-based role with occasional travel to our UK business units & for marketing team meeting
