Overview
A successful financial technology company are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead (SEO & PPC) to join the marketing team.
Location and Working Pattern
This is a hybrid role – two days per week in their Central London office and three days per week working from home.
Responsibilities
- As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of the strategic development and operational excellence of the core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance.
- You will be managing a small team of two and will report into the Customer Marketing Director.
- This role would suit someone who enjoys an equally technical and strategic digital marketing role.
- Lead the strategic planning for all digital channels – identifying emerging digital trends and technologies and driving the strategic development and optimisation of the website – focusing on UX/UI, SEO, conversion rates and content effectiveness.
- Take ownership of the marketing technology (MarTech) stack and oversee the strategy and execution of PPC and digital display, email marketing capabilities and in-app marketing.
- Take ownership of reporting and measurement, management of the digital budget and act as the brand champion to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a digital role, exposure to website building and management with a passion for website development and creating customer journeys.
- Experience of PPC, digital advertising, content management systems for website updates, SEO and an understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Benefits and Salary
