Job summary

OxTS RD is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive on a fixed-term contract to lead digital marketing campaigns, manage the WordPress website, and oversee HubSpot CRM usage. The role focuses on campaign creation, ROI reporting, and content that drives engagement and conversion.

You will collaborate with product marketing and external contractors, optimizing campaigns across channels and ensuring SEO-friendly content. Strong analytics and monthly reporting are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly managing a WordPress website and HubSpot CRM.
• Experience in planning, implementing and managing digital campaigns.
• Strong SEO/SEM capabilities and content optimization know-how.
• Experience creating campaign briefs with objectives, KPIs and deliverables.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and report ROI.
• Skilled in coordinating with external contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor digital campaigns across channels to generate leads.
• Develop briefs with objectives, KPIs, and deliverables for campaigns.
• Report monthly on campaign results and optimize accordingly.
• Manage website content and campaigns to ensure brand-consistent, conversion-focused experiences.
• Measure traffic and ROI, optimise budgets and user journeys.
• Create engaging content for website and social channels and manage SEO.
