Job summary

Optima Recruitment Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive in Weybridge to join a growing and innovative business. The role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan, deliver and optimise digital campaigns across channels, develop strategies aligned with client objectives, and manage day-to-day client communications. On-site gym is available; salary up to £32,000 per year plus bonus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with client and commercial objectives.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong, professional stakeholder relationships.
• Take ownership of multiple accounts and projects, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate campaign requirements across internal teams to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve results.
• Produce clear performance reports and communicate outcomes and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Use data and insights to inform future marketing activity and campaign decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve account performance and support wider business growth.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, quality and accountability across all activity.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing developments, changing audience behaviours and emerging opportunities.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to continually improve campaign performance and client experience.
