Job summary

Kilburn & Strode is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing professional to join the Clients and Markets team in London. You will work with the Marketing Manager across digital channels, content production, analytics and campaign execution — ensuring marketing activity is well-produced, distributed consistently, and on-brand.

You will switch between writing, social media, campaigns, website updates and reporting, taking ownership of workload and delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with clear, well-structured content.
• Solid knowledge of LinkedIn and digital marketing channels in a B2B context.
• Organised and reliable with ability to manage own workload and deadlines.
• Comfortable with data, reporting and presenting insights clearly.
• Collaborative style, able to work in a small team and share information.
• Ambitious to develop marketing skills across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with website CMS—publishing content and basic maintenance.
• Experience with email marketing platforms—campaigns, lists and reporting.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Canva or Adobe design tools for creating simple social graphics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firm’s LinkedIn presence day to day and develop visuals for digital channels.
• Support content production and distribution, including thought leadership, briefs and social posts.
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure on-brand, high-quality publication.
• Assist with website updates and day-to-day CMS tasks; monitor performance.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events; coordinate assets and timelines.
• Produce regular performance reports across digital channels for senior stakeholders.
