This role is perfect for someone passionate about the intersection of creativity and data-driven marketing, with a particular focus on paid social advertising. The position involves developing, managing, and optimising campaigns across Meta and TikTok, using a variety of ad formats to drive performance throughout the marketing funnel. From awareness initiatives to dynamic product ads and Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, the role requires a proactive approach to testing, learning, and improving campaign outcomes.

The successful candidate will take ownership of paid social budgets, ensuring targets for cost per acquisition and return on investment are consistently met. This includes collaborating with platform partners, leveraging tools like GA4 and in-platform dashboards for performance reporting, and accessing new opportunities through Meta and TikTok account teams. In addition to paid social, the role also involves supporting affiliate marketing activity, assisting with partner selection, briefing creatives, and tracking performance in alignment with broader marketing efforts.

Key qualities for this role include strong organisational skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative, curious mindset. Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly in high-volume ecommerce or direct-to-consumer environments, is essential.
