Job Description:

This role focuses on our Natural Foods Brands, managing our digital channels and supporting our marketing and sales teams. It offers a great opportunity to engage with the brands, be our voice on social channels, and help execute our digital plans.

Ideal candidates are passionate about digital marketing with 1+ years of experience. You will collaborate with brand teams to communicate annual brand and innovation plans across social, website, and app. Additionally, you will run our influencer program, engaging with influencers to produce planned content. You will also participate in events like Valentine's Day, Easter, Summer holidays, BEAR’s birthday, and our Go Ape partnership to promote our brands.

The Digital Exec will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, aligned with our brand plans.
  • Managing digital campaigns and new product launches, such as Back To School, Go Ape, and seasonal events.
  • Supporting website updates and optimization.
  • Managing the Brandbank account.
  • Supporting Amazon and sales teams with content creation (images, creative materials).
  • Leading the BEAR influencer program for authentic reach.
  • Managing the BEAR CRM program to enhance audience insights and brand loyalty.
  • Community management: responding to comments and DMs on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Managing app development and updates in collaboration with the agency.
  • Supporting the sales team as a positive point of contact.
  • Reviewing and sharing the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Managing budgets for all responsibilities.
