Description

This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing impactful marketing initiatives across the European region. This includes creating, launching, and monitoring the performance of various marketing campaigns in partnership with third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and other marketing team members to support lead generation and drive business outcomes. The role reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Europe.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and implement strategies for inbound and outbound multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  2. Identify target audiences, their needs, and challenges; select appropriate assets and activities to engage them.
  3. Create content to support online programs, nurture campaigns, webcasts, and digital campaigns aligned with the buyer’s journey.
  4. Collaborate with external agencies, including digital, media, and creative agencies.
  5. Work effectively with the US marketing team to leverage global assets and share best practices for the European region.
  6. Write compelling copy and calls to action tailored to the target audience.
  7. Coordinate with field sales to plan and execute European marketing activities.
  8. Support marketing programs and processes, especially in digital lead generation.
  9. Partner with the corporate sales team to align marketing efforts.
  10. Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance and draw insights.
  11. Be KPI-driven, using marketing data to inform decisions.
  12. Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and a proactive approach to success.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  1. Knowledge of core digital marketing channels for B2B marketing.
  2. Familiarity with marketing tools such as SEMrush, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Excel, LinkedIn, Pardot, or Eloqua.
  3. Excellent written communication skills for internal and external audiences.
  4. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
  7. Analytical with a strategic mindset for decision-making based on data.
  8. Proactive, results-oriented, customer-focused, and personable.
  9. Strong team communication and coordination skills.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 3-4 years of relevant marketing experience.
  3. Experience in B2B marketing.
  4. Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Salesforce, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
