Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive– Education and Training sector

Location: Office / remote based

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Dependent on experience

Type: Full time, Permanent

KM Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading training provider, who are currently looking to appointa Digital Marketing Assistant.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our clients digital marketing strategy to promote apprenticeships and other commercial training provision.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of working within a marketing role, ideallywithin the Apprenticeship / Training sector - for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Experience of using key social media platforms and keen sense of branding and design
  • Ideally hold strong design and video-editing capabilities.
  • Experience of using Canva (or equivalent), knowledge of different content formats, and ability to create engaging copy, visuals, and multimedia content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties Include:

  • Responsible for contributing towards business growth and increased social media presence, through the creation of engaging content (graphics, reels, videos blogs, thought pieces) across various digital platforms (social media, website, email).
  • Oversee social media activity, ensuring brand consistency. Staying ahead of new trends, to create fresh and engaging content across all channels.
  • Delivering marketing campaigns to boost learner applications and employer engagement.
  • Maintain the website using a CMS and support on-page content improvements.
  • Help coordinate email marketing efforts and CRM database updates and
  • Build online communities through active engagement.
  • Contribute to the design and production of compelling copy (Canva essential; Adobe desirable).
  • Monitor and report on social media activity and campaign engagement.
  • Help plan, deliver, and promote events
