A leading company in the Midlands is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to enhance its online sales through effective digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will manage PPC and SEO channels, produce performance reports, and collaborate with various teams for a consistent brand message. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of digital marketing experience and a passion for innovation in the digital space.
Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the growth of online sales through the effective use of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and web platforms. This role plays a key part in enhancing the company’s digital presence and performance.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for managing, optimising, and expanding the company's PPC channels across Google and Microsoft, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Works closely with other teams to ensure the website remains current, including merchandising, content and product updates, and ongoing A/B testing to evaluate design, features, and copy effectiveness.
Leads the development and implementation of a well-researched SEO strategy, including keyword research, performance analysis, and optimisation across multiple channels to increase organic sales.
Produces regular, strategic reports and performance analysis on digital and website activity for the Marketing Manager and Senior Leadership Team to support continuous improvement.
Maintains and builds strong relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies, freelancers, and industry experts, to enhance the company’s digital reach and campaign effectiveness.
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborates with other departments to ensure a consistent brand message and seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Keeps up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, seeking new opportunities to enhance digital strategies.
Plays a key role in the company’s AI-led transformation, applying artificial intelligence tools and practices in collaboration with the in-house development team and senior leaders to accelerate growth and improve efficiency across the marketing function and the broader organisation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00 – £33,000.00 per year

Location Requirement:
Based in Telford TF7 4QW. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting.
Experience:
Digital marketing: 1 year (required)
Key Requirements
A strong passion for digital marketing and innovation
Demonstrated success in growing digital channels, particularly PPC and SEO
Proven ability to create clear, actionable digital performance reports
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Prior ecommerce experience is desirable but not essential
Familiarity with AI technologies is advantageous but not required
