Location: Aintree, Liverpool (must be willing to work at our head office for 3 days a week)

Do you want to be part of an established top 5 UK beauty company, providing affordable quality cosmetics for over 30 years?

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Executive based at our Liverpool, Aintree office. You should be a team player capable of managing your workload independently. With significant launch plans for 2025 and digital channels playing a key role in our communication strategy, we need a self-starter who will embody our brand and help grow our online presence across owned, earned, and retailer channels.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will have the freedom to make an impact, involved in content creation, paid media management, email communications, retailer support, design, and reporting. We are a close-knit, ambitious team with a fast-paced culture, seeking a commercially minded individual with fresh, creative ideas.

The role and responsibilities include:

1. Managing Collection Cosmetics digital channels, including website updates, product uploads, and promotions
2. Creating online assets like product descriptions and banners
3. Managing email campaigns to grow and engage our database
4. Collaborating with the social team on NPD and communication activities
5. Working with agency partners on paid media strategies
6. Producing video and written content to meet deadlines and boost awareness, traffic, and conversions
7. Reporting on digital performance metrics monthly

Building and maintaining relationships with key retailer partners, including:

1. Acting as the main contact for retailers and account managers
2. Briefing design teams for store POS and digital content, managing the POS calendar

Contributing creatively through:

1. Planning and attending photoshoots
2. Brainstorming and generating new campaign ideas, staying updated on industry trends

About you:

1. Driven, hardworking, with the ability to manage your workload with support
2. Strong written skills and proficiency in photo/video editing software
3. Understanding of paid media landscape
4. Knowledge of email, website platforms, and SEO (Mailchimp & Shopify experience desirable)
5. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (desirable)
