LSL are one of the largest providers of services to franchised estate agencies and mortgage intermediaries, providing valuation services to many of the UK’s largest mortgage lenders.

We are looking to appoint a Digital Executive on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be able to work on a hybrid basis from home and our offices in York. Occasional travel to our LSLi Branches in Essex and Hertfordshire may be required.

The role of the Digital Executive is to lead on email and social campaigns for the LSLi franchise brands. This involves creating a social activity plan, developing content, and managing performance.

The role will work closely with the LSLi brand manager and LSLi SEO manager for campaigns and content, as well as with other members of the wider marketing team to understand and deliver best practice in their allocated channels.

To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic email and social marketing professional with experience in designing, testing, and delivering e-newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing communications through social channels to drive engagement and activation.

Working as a Digital Executive, we can offer you:

Responsibilities of the Digital Executive include:

  • Supporting the franchises with content development and lead generation
  • Creating informative, inspiring, and entertaining content
  • Engaging with franchisees and key stakeholders to create on-brand, accurate content that reflects brand activity and positioning
  • Delivering regular reports and analyses with insights and proposals for future activity
  • Developing ideas and writing content for brand websites, ensuring SEO best practices around search volume, traffic, keyword optimization, and on-page markup
  • Reviewing performance metrics and recommending improvements
  • Managing social media activities for selected franchises, including campaigns, blogs, and ad hoc content
  • Understanding how social media should be used by franchises and the role of central activity
  • Supporting the digital marketing manager with website activities

Qualifications and competencies required:

  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including subject lines, testing, creative setup, and optimization techniques; understanding trigger programs and customer journeys
  • Good understanding of SEO measurement tools for blog development and traffic analysis
  • Solid grasp of core social media platforms, campaign setup, performance measurement, and understanding
  • Experience with GA4 and Google tracking tools
  • Excellent written communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to generate creative and engaging content ideas
