About the role:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in executing YunoJuno’s marketing strategies, supporting cross-channel campaigns, and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing processes. You’ll be involved in everything from social media management and database optimisation to event support and competitor analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Create and manage weekly social media campaigns (LinkedIn & Instagram), respond to engagement, and oversee email distribution.
• Website & SEO: Maintain website content, review programmatic SEO, and audit brand assets.
• Market & Competitor Insights: Track competitor activity, report trends, and support data-driven marketing strategies.
• Event & Brand Support: Assist in event logistics, merchandise sourcing, and brand activations.
• Marketing Operations: Manage workflows, automation, duplicate data cleanup, and lead management.
• Creative & Asset Management: Create and manage image assets, print collateral, and G2 review collation.
• Reporting & Insights: Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 3 - 4 years of experience in a marketing role.
• B2B experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative in optimising marketing processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with product management, social media management, website updates, and marketing automation tools is a plus.

• 1st Stage: with Katrina Shepherd (Senior Marketing Manager) and Katey Gregory (Content Marketing Lead) - 30-45 minutes via Google Meet
• 2nd Stage: with Katrina Shepherd and Katey Gregory - 45 minutes Task interview via Google Meet
• Executive Review: with Akua Appiah-Ampofo (VP of People) + Joao Martires (COO)
