We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help manage and optimise the digital presence of Sync Energy. This role will be critical in driving user engagement, enhancing SEO and paid media efforts, and supporting lead generation and product visibility.

About the role:

Sync Energy is at the forefront of delivering EV charging products and technical solutions, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to ensure its online presence is as powerful as its impact in the industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Digital and collaborate with other teams to enhance user experience (UX), improve traffic through SEO and paid media, and contribute to the creation of engaging digital content aligned with our commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Website & Content Management:
  2. Maintain and update the Sync Energy website to ensure accurate and consistent content across all platforms.
  3. Create SEO-friendly content, including product descriptions, case studies, landing pages, and campaign content.
  4. Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling visual and written content for an exceptional user experience.
  5. SEO & Paid Media Support:
  6. Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
  7. Support paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to drive relevant traffic.
  8. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimise search engine performance.
  9. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  10. Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to monitor traffic, user behaviour, and site performance.
  11. Provide actionable insights and performance reports to improve engagement and drive results.
  12. Campaign & Product Launch Support:
  13. Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligned with Sync Energy’s product launches and marketing campaigns.
  14. Support integrated campaigns across digital channels (web, email, and paid) and help refine content for better results.
  15. Collaborate with product managers to ensure accurate representation of Sync Energy products on the website.
  16. Work with the wider marketing team at Luceco Group to maintain consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
  17. Serve as the primary contact for product updates and website content accuracy.
  18. Trend Monitoring & Best Practices:
  19. Stay current with trends in digital marketing, SEO, UX, and the energy industry.
  20. Proactively recommend enhancements to improve the website’s performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Proficiency in CMS platforms such as Umbraco, WordPress, and Shopify.
  2. Strong knowledge of SEO tools, including SEMrush and Google Search Console.
  3. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance-tracking tools.
  4. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
